0:01 The Mozilo text message. Appointment reminder system has a lot of capabilities and functions that we think make it stand out from other appoint reminders.

0:10 So in your settings, you can choose your default send. You can choose how many days before you want that to send you choose your default time.

0:18 And that will be associated with the time zone in your account. And then you can choose your followups. So if a participant does not respond to the reminder for their appointment with a yes, um, you can send a follow-up message in six hours to let them know, Hey, we didn’t hear back from you.

0:35 Now. You also choose staff who receive appointment notification responses. So you can use multiple staff, just use comma in between.

0:44 And basically what that means is someone replies know your staff, the staff that are associated in their emails here will get a notification that someone has canceled.

0:51 Now, in terms of the content itself for the reminder, this is all customizable by you. Uh, and the confirmation when they send yes.

1:00 Uh, thank you for confirming your appointment. Some other clients will also put, you know, for your reference, here’s our address.

1:06 Uh, if you have any questions, give us a call or reply to this message and then when they decline or, or, uh, reply and or no.

1:13 Um, then again, this is customizable by you. Um, in this case, if they said, no, they would, um, get this instruction from you, but then your staff would also get an email, so you could call them to reschedule that appointment.

1:26 And then if they respond with something other than a wire and, and, uh, then there’s an error message here. Anyway, those are the settings for appoint reminders.

1:33 It makes it very easy for you to automate, uh, appointment reminders, via text message, and also be notified when your subjects respond.
