0:01 Hello, this is a quick video walkthrough about setting up mocio inside your red cap dashboard. So, the first thing you’re going to want to do is scroll down to enable optional modules and customizations, and you’re going to look for mocio.

0:16 Now, if you click on this question mark, it will give you more information about the mocio service and what you’re able to do.

0:22 You’ll get a little pop up there, and then you can visit the mocio website for more details, and eventually you’re going to have to do that anyway to sign up for the account.

0:31 So there’s two minimum viable product offerings that we have when starting for what most he was calling most he was red cap direct.

0:40 They are SMS surveys so that sending a survey via text message with a respondent or the participant responding to a question, the next one coming until they’re complete, and then alerts and notifications.

0:51 So sending a text message with a red cap survey link or URL, having them click on the link and then complete the survey there.

0:58 Now there additional functionality is coming into the system. Some of them will be inside a red cap, and some of them will be in the most of the system.

1:06 We will let you know when those happen, but right now, these are the two core functions that we have. Now, please note that only red cap administrator can enable most of the services in your project.

1:16 So if you haven’t yet, or you don’t see them, there are please contact them to talk to them about how to do it.

1:21 And then also the SMS conversations, those SMS surveys, that is also something that has to be configured from your red cap admin.

1:50 You click on the Enable button in your red cap dashboard, and I’ll show you what that looks like here in a second, and that will allow you to enter all the the credentials that you need to connect the two systems.

2:02 So you’re going to copy your Mocio API key from Mocio and then paste it in the API credentials field in your red cap project dashboard.

2:09 That’s on this next slide here. You choose your delivery method for text messaging, is that a red cap? Add your text messaging content to red cap and then you begin enrolling participants.

2:19 So if you do not see the option to add Mocio MS SMS text messaging on the to accept a page, then contact your red cap administrator.

2:30 So when you click on EnableMocio, this is after you’ve gone to Mocio and gotten a red cap direct account, then you’ll get this little pop up, and you are going to show them as enabled, and then you’re going to add your Mocio API key and click save.

3:10 So definitely, you know, check that out. And then for a survey compatibility, it says most of red caps survey features remain unchanged with SMS surveys.

3:18 But there is, you’ll, you’ll definitely want to test and make sure that everything is working the way that you want it to.

3:25 Now, in terms of configuring it, to start using it in your project, you click the Configure button. And then you choose, in terms of your configuration settings, how it is that you actually want to set this up, which are those two functions that you want to use.
