It depends on the cheese as some are denser than others. A 1" cube seems to be average, or a slice of American cheese.

How much hp will a set of toda racing headers give my base rsx. Same
question for decent ecu upgrade and a AEM CAI.

I'm talking about a base rsx not a type s. It comes stock 160hp.
As a general rule, some good headers are good for about 10 hp, probably another 5-10 for the Cold Air Intake, and probably 10-15 for the ecu chip. So, you're looking at about 30hp Net Gain for about 5-6 hundred bucks.
