Anullment is based on(1) Petitioner’s age at time of marriage; (2) prior existing marriage; (3) unsound mind; (4) fraud; (5) force; (6) physical incapacity.
I don't believe time limit is a factor as long as 1 of these is met.

There's no time limit. I know about this unfortunately from experience. In the case where people do it, many of them are agreeing to lie & say that the marriage had not been "consummated" - as if they didn't do that on the wedding night.
