If you have put a reserve price on the auction, then yes. Otherwise, you would technically be in breach of contract.

Again, you would "technically" be in breach of contract - by allowing the auction to close, you entered into a legally binding contract. In most cases, however, the worst you could expect would be negative feedback.

If you haven't yet received payment, you can inform the buyer that you no longer intend to sell. If he wanted to fight you on it, he would have to send you the money before he could exercise any legal options.

I am using a cable. Plugs directly into cars aux port. It works if I don't insert the jack into phone all the way but its loose and fa
my best guess is a bad cable. this happened to me with an ipod, i got a new cable, and it worked. hopefully this helps

could be that OR (as is known on a lot of phones and cables) the cable has too much plastic or the jack isn't set deep enough. Thats why it works not plugged in all the way. if the cable is cheap I'd try trimming it.

Wouldn't that still have the same problem? Ill try to trim to make it go deeper since I got two. But it happens on both cables
wait, your right, you need a spacer, an o ring or a rubberband could work, or even electrical/duct tape and a knife/razor

Problem is it won't stay in my phone if its that short. It still fairly loose and not snug
if its that 2.5mm jack get the adapter to use the 3.5mm jack

The usual culprit is a corrupted MBR (Master Boot Record), especially if it appears to install but won't boot.

your whole question didn't come through, try asking again
if you're failing a CRC you might have some bad sectors on the HDD, try reformatting and try again... though if its going bad you'll risk data loss, might have to buy a new HDD

Hrm I checked and changed my one for the dashboard board but no luck
I got this problem in two different vehicles - Check your battery and alternator as well, mine was an electrical problem. And check ALL your fuses.

Oh - And your ignition switch. It trips several circuits, if it fails partially, it can kill a lot of things.
