One must be careful, because you can have some STD's and show no signs. I know with gonorrhea, you could technically take one pill after sex and be safe; it's easily curable. Chlamydia, syphilis, and other bacterial STD's are curable too.

20% nature, 80% nurture. A person brought up in an optimistic society/family can change the negative outlook of their 'nature' upbringing.
