is there a website where i can download tv shows and movies for free
without an application? (bittorent you need a client, limewire you
need limewire,itunes music store you need itunes) everything needs an

There is nothing like that, but I would suggest Usenet, you can use clients that dont need to be installed.

No. But there are websites that stream video and with a tool you can download the video onto your computer.
