Call them up - they said they would only look into the problem if they had more people complaining about it. Twitter is cool, but I only really use it for Mosio.

Dont lay down and close your eyes. Stay active and perhaps caffeine may work for some. A cold shower maybe. Fast energetic music.

I find that PT or exercise is a great way to keep awake. (I.E. Pushups). Like stratguy noted, stay active.

yea it actually takes a long time. It degrades half and then that level degrades half, and then that level degrades half, etc. There are caves that hold radioactive waste with signs that say stuff like do not enter for 1,000 years (for example.)
