that sounds fishy. u may want to call an employment lawyer, or the BBB (801 892-6009). i don't think they can do that.

when the nerve controlling the diaphragm get irritated, it results in hiccups. Irritating occurs when air suddenly gushes into the epiglottis which makes the epiglottis close and a weird noise known as a 'hic' is produced.

they are saying that no other drugs found and that it was result of sleeping pill overdose. apparent "accident".

They also found packets containing unknown substances, possibly drugs, and bottles of other prescription meds. Could be a drug overdose of any combo of things.
