6 is too young, but if you really want to get all technical there are adults I don't trust with cell phones.

Im going with 14. Not many kids need to have direct access to mom and dad before highschool hits, but if both parents work i can see one having a simple call plan as soon as they hit 7th grade.

Using google maps I see.. route 83 West/North will dead end at Interstate 35 N/S in Laredo, TX, rt 83 East will dead end at as a merge with 77 in lincoln park close to Brownsville, TX. hope this helps.

Thatz difficult to specify. Depends on ur will power to cut your Calories, ur diet, etc.

It is your body weight in pounds*10

For example if your weight is 150 pounds you have to eat 150*10=1500 calories per day and to loose weight..
