it varies and there's no consensus. i get an average of 5 hours a night and i don't get sleepy during the day but my friends who sleep for 10+ hours a night are still day-nappers.

agree. different for everyone. i get min 4-5 but prob no more then 7.

it all determines what you do in a day, how long u stay up, ect. every one is different. they recommend getting 8 hours, but ive been able to go through a whole day on about 6 hours of sleep. hope this helped
