Does anyone know of a free CityId service that supports txt msging, so that i can send a phone # to it and get a reply w/ the city & state by sms? Join or Log In to answer.

oh yeah. i found out who it was with my sleuthing techniques. it was a prank (the looser). but thanx anyway.
