The 'V' in 'eleven' is capitalized like this: 'eleVen'. I think it probably stands for Venus! Clever huh?

Does anyone know the name of this movie? It was made in the 70's (possibly
a film strip). A woman gets a blue barrel and in it is a boy who came from
