For home brew in WI... What is the limit of gallons per person allowed by law? Join or Log In to answer.

Federal (U.S.) law prohibits any adult from producing more than 100 gallons of beer per calendar year for personal use. If you're married, or at least with one other adult in your household, the limit is 200 gallons.
