flickr takes a couple of gig for free and is a great site.

Theres a site called mesh.com where u can upload anything to it. But u need a windows live id to sign in to it. (5 gb)

blogger or wordpress. tags/categories can be folder names. or posts can be folder names, of course. Wordpress seems to handle larger files easily
