Question
I am searching for a house to buy but am doing my own research - what does a realtor do aside from the same thing? Why should I pay them anything for the same info? Join or Log In to answer.
Realtors usually have access to MLS data sheets that give more in depth information on a property. You're also paying for their "experience and expertise" as a professional.

Often times a realtor will have access to more homes than are available for your to view. The realtor can also make sure the house is clean or in good condition before you visit it.
