it refers to the new generation of websites, which are much more interactive, community based, and start to act as a platform for creating full-fledged programs, rather than just info-based web pages

Web 2.0 is a trend in World Wide Web technology & web design. term suggests a new version of World Wide Web, it does not refer 2 update 2 any technical specifications,but 2 changes in ways software developers & end-users use webs
