You must be with Verizon. They are offering you new features that you can download for your phone.

But the thing is is that it doesn't offer me anything. There is NO message. It just says that I've got a message. And yes, i have Vrzn

It looks like you have to sign in to your Verizon Wireless account online to manage it.
