usually means that they can't put you up for trial on whatever you get immunity on. its so they can get your testimony. they'll usually go for full punishment on what they CAN get you for though

sorta, but partial immunity is a little tricky. Basically the b!tch knows what happened to her daughter, but isn't telling. Lab results show decayed body in the trunk, but they need to link it to her so they can convict.

sorry, but its link the mother to the body. the case is whacked because the mother isn't saying anything. right now its circumstantial could have been a boyfriend or a for hire job, who knows, not enough released details.
