I'm guessing the car guys aren't up yet, but from what the web says, it's easy to install but doesn't say whether it affects fourwheeling, but i don't know much about cars, sorry

It shouldn't effect your fourwheeling, but whether or not it has any effect is open to debate. I've tried them, and there was no noticable change.

There's no real improvement unless you have the throttle wide open; even then the improvement is minimal. The primary "restriction" in the intake path is the throttle plate itself. It will not have any negative effect on 4wheeling.
