continuation of last question.........i did what you said. here it is pentium(R) 4 CPU 1.60GH'z 1.60 GH'z, 128 MB of RAM what do those parameters mean, idont get it. for ending processes, i do that but i dont know which one's to end, it ends up getting errors then restarts. Join or Log In to answer.
u need LOTS more memory (RAM). it should be 512 MB Minimum, preferably 1 gig, or even 2 gigs. you should probably take your computer into a store to do this, as they'll need to remove the old ram and put in new one.

totally agree with sharkey. If you are running WinXP - 512 is BARE minimum I'd personally recommend - but RAM is so cheap, getting 1GB should be minimum and even plenty for 90% of people. 2GB would prob cost about $40-50 in parts.

Pentium 4 1.6 ghz CPU is low by today's standard, but sufficient for normal activity-browsing,chatting. upgrade your ram, and get someone knowledgeable to look at your computer to remove unnecessary programs, especially on startup.

if you don't do video editing, video/graphics effects, large photoshop/photo editing - then 1.6GHz is MORE than plenty. just get more RAM. 1 or 2GB should be plenty for a few more years.
