(IANAL): You'd have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they did it to purposely harm your reputation (Slander)

Well, I knew the guy in high school and they always ridiculed the use of my full name (middle initial though) and carried it since.

Contact the website, when u get a hold of them ask for a manager if he don't help keep going higher be persistent and forward and to the point. best of luck
