geckos normally eat various kinds of insects and sometimes fruit. But I don't C anything specific for clams

no, without assistance, in their natural environment, a gecko has no means of opening a clam shell. whether they like to eat clams while in captivity, i have no idea. they usually just eat crickets / meal worms.
