What time is the meteor shower supposed to pass over SF tonite and what would be the best vantage point?

It looks like it was this morning about 2-3am according to a local astronomy meet up group, but others are saying late Sun/Early Mon.

local experts say anytime b/w 10pm - 4am tonight wherever the skies are clear & away from city lights. 11pm should be a great time to view.

They also say the best place to view is in an open field, no city lights if possible.
