Bad power supply, bad RAM, or overheating (make sure all fans in computer are running when on and aren't blocked by anything). Retrieve data off of hard drive by connecting to a device that allows any hard drive to be connected via USB.

use an external hard drive and a liveCD to extract/back up all the data from the computer. in order to fix it, we would have to know some more specifics about your problem.

I have seen this before and my resolution was to intall another copy of Windows XP on the computer (not a reformat install). This will allow you to still access any data that is on the computer but you will have to re-install your programs.

normally this happens wen ther is a voltage fluctuation or the UPS battery is slow. it keeps restarting
automatically.
