That's complicated. Keep a jornal near where you sleep, tell yourself you will remember your dreams, and Check out http://tinyurl.com/3wt8a7

It all depends on you. Do you ever remember your dreams? I wake up every morning with a full accounting of my dreams.

I don't know why. You would have to put in a lot of concious effort

I remember my dreams in streaks -- every night for a week or two, then not at all for a few weeks. Dunno why. :-/

I know what you mean. My dreams are often bizarre too. What's really odd is that when I have a migraine,I usually have very ugly, violent dreams. Freud would have fun with me!

I guess it would be a matter of forcing your Sub-Concious to communicate with yur Concious mind

Most people remember only the dream they were having right before they woke up, and the memory fades fast. Robot is right - a journal by the bed is your best bet.

dreams hardly ever, nightmares, down to the last detail.
