Avocados have a huge amount of fat, 25-35 grams on average, and an avocado is close to 300 calories.

What is the rate for a rental property management company per month and if you have any suggestions for one in the Minneapolis and Minnesota area I'd appreciate that too, thanks. Join or Log In to answer.
Like a rate to charge people for renting stuff? Or a rate that it cost to buy stuff to rent to people? or the rate to rent a building to store stuff to rent to people?

No problem... hold on to that property and watch its value soar in a couple of years!

That is what I am hoping for after this soft market. It is cutting just enough for the mortgage payment, so that eases the burden as well.

What is the best project management system available that is usable on the web? Join or Log In to answer.
I think Basecamp is one of the best out there because it's simple, easy to use and cost effective. www.basecamphq.com

I have checked Basecamp out and haven't been overly impressed. Not that they aren't a online solution I was wondering if anyone had really done anything really innovative for project management on the web.

Yeah, makes sense. There seem to be quite a few (www.wrike.com, www.project.net, etc), but Basecamp is one I've used and liked so I thought I'd give them some love.
