What is the statute of limitations for unemployment benefits in the state of
Kansas? A friend of mine was unemployed in January '08 and wishes to file.

I dont see any references to time limits although the goal of these benefits is to help you while you search for work. They could make a case against you that you are not looking for work.

I'm at the Indianapolis Children's Museum. I need to get to IND
airport for a flight that takes off at 5:00 sharp. I also need to
return a rental car ( Thrifty) prior to boarding. What's the latest
