The whole point of mosio is for people who aren't at their computers. Posting jsut a URL as the sole response to a question is absolutely useless, and frankly, rude.

Posting is as a supplement, however, I would believe to be alright but the whole point

Basically the whole point of mosio is people out and about can use their phones to ask questions when they don't have access to a computer (If they did have a computer on them, they'd just use google, not mosio.) So pusting a URL isn't very helpful (Unles

Also, the only real reason posting a url is bad is because unanswered questions stay at the top, but a bad answer is worse than no answer since it disappears the question from the top of the stack. That's why the person had to ask twice, but it's no biggi
