For video games, they are about the same. But, that Blu-Ray player in the PS3 makes it the leader in my opinion. 360 has a better online experience, though. Tough call, but the PS3 wins by a nose for me.

360 games come on DVD-9 which is 9gb in size. and doesn't make games look better or offer more contect because they will just have multiple discs if needed. ala lost oddesey (4 discs).

they both can output in 1080p although no games really do so yet. if want BR then PS3 if want the games, online,download service then go with 360. just get one made after 8/07 and failure rate is also not an issue.

Is there a difference between HDTV and digital stations. Like the free stations you get with no cable, satellite, ect.

Analog TV signals are going away. You will need a digital TV or digital converter box for your analog TV to reveive these signals. HDTV is high definition TV, its not the same thing.

Basically the guy told me that there are DTV broadcast stations and there are HDTV broadcast stations. Some TV's pic up just one or both. I have never heard of HDTV stations before.

yes, there are hd antenna's (like old bunny ears) nowadays for about $50. u get channels between your channels.. like instead of just 4... you get 4-1, 4-2. it's cool.

but if your tv can't support hd, i'm not sure the antenna plug would fit.. you could get the extra channels but your TV needs to be HD capable to utilize the better quality picture.

Well, what is the difference between the HDTV and the DTV channels? You have have to have two different antenna? I know the DTV converters about about 50 bucks. The HD converters are about 50 bucks as well. Do you need two to get the two different signals

Yes, there are braodcasted HDTV channels. But you have to have an HDTV receiver and an HDTV antenna

ok so the bottom line is.. all HDTV antennas are DTV compliant. but not all DTV antenna's are HD capable.
