Took an Ambien (6.25) about 4 hrs ago.Eyes got heavy but I'm still awake @ 4am!Is it too late to take another?The last time I took it it worked :(

Dosage not recommended to exceed 1-10mg tablet per day. Consult dr. if 10mg isn't working, some patients need 15mg.

At grocery store. What do I buy to make a CREAMY sauce for a mac and cheese (dont want to bake it necessarily) Thanks...I'm SO glad I found Mosio!

Velveta (sp?) is a good starting point! but just experiment! whatever looks good buy it!

Velveta is too sticky for me. They have different brands in the sauce isle. You may want to try some of those.

1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 10 oz cheese
Melt butter. Remove from heat, stir in flour and salt until smooth.
Slowly stir in 2 cups milk. Return to heat, add in grated / cut up cheese.

My dad, a non-drinker, has a spontaneous esophageol tear. Doctors are stumped.Could ths be the result of drinking 6-10 red bulls a day for 5 yrs?

couldnt find much of a link between spontaneous esophageal tears and caffeine. But postemetic (spontaneous) rupture of the esophagus accounts for 10% to 15% of all cases of thoracic esophageal perforation.

I can't say if it lead to the problem, but generally excess of anything is bad. That much redbull has to have consequences(if only lots of $$)
