In North Hollywood, CA Is there a number to report trash bin scavengers? They are dumping trash everywhere after they sacvenge. Join or Log In to answer.

Not dump trash, they are scavenging for bottles and cans. They leave a mess up and down the street. Is there a dept to call for that?

Call the police and call the Sanitation department. Trash left everywhere is a quality of life issue in any community.
