I've got drop.io configured in much the same way as mosio. I can leave a voicemail in my "drop", and it uses twitter to forward a link and shot explanation to mosio. No transcription, but you've got plenty of time, not just 15 seconds.

When I worked out of country, the company I was going to work FOR had to secure the work visa. That was in Trinidad, BWI. Is that what you mean?

the work visa would be issued by the state department (or foreign equivalent) of the country that you are trying to get work IN.
