What's a better flat screen tv, plasma or lcd? Thx! Join or Log In to answer.
Plasma knowing cause i have one myself
-Mikhail (49Q / 25A) Wed Dec 3, 2008 6:24pm

Cool thx!
-KungFuKitten (445Q / 3494A) Wed Dec 3, 2008 6:27pm

plasma is typically more $, but has deeper clearer picture than lcd. Also plasma is a lot lighter if portability is an issue
-gl0ver (94Q / 232A) Wed Dec 3, 2008 6:43pm

LCD. No risk of ghost images, don't get has hot and use less energy ($50 differnce when we switched). The image is great. If you're getting something big plasma has a better picture, but 42" and under its not a huge difference in quality.

Who would win in a cage match - Joe Biden's porcelain smile or Sarah Palin's frisky wink? Join or Log In to answer.
My vote is for biden.
-romanpower (205Q / 176A) Wed Oct 15, 2008 3:37pm

Biden's smile for sure...those teeth can stop nuclear blasts!!
-GabrielM (126Q / 197A) Wed Oct 15, 2008 3:38pm

McLame's reference 2 everyone n the nation as "my friends". It's like a merchant selling you crap in TJ! trumps em both
-gl0ver (94Q / 232A) Wed Oct 15, 2008 3:55pm

Biden wipes the floor with Palin. She's an idealist (and her ideals don't match mine) while he seems like a realist.
-rivalarrival (82Q / 1518A) Wed Oct 15, 2008 3:57pm

True, but the "smile" or the "wink". ;o)
-jamers (231Q / 1002A) Wed Oct 15, 2008 3:58pm

smile. winks are shady
-estelarobinson (28Q / 807A) Wed Oct 15, 2008 4:07pm

It's a tie. Both can be directly related to pedophilia.

Great reviews online, I'd say yes. Plus, after dinner it's a club.

Every story is 12.5 feet, so 24 stories in 300 feet.
-KungFuKitten (445Q / 3494A) Mon May 5, 2008 5:32pm

about 30 stories, roughly 10 ft per story
-Mangangali (36Q / 6764A) Mon May 5, 2008 5:32pm

My bad, it IS about 10 feet per story. I was looking at a post stating it differently. Sorry about that!
-KungFuKitten (445Q / 3494A) Mon May 5, 2008 5:34pm

depends on bldng type; particularly mechanical systems, but typically the 1st floor of B occ. is 14-20, then 10'/floor
