Try excusing yourself to the restroom. It may seem rude, but not as rude as falling asleep. Then, take a brisk 30 second walk to get the blood flowing and get back into the meeting.

2/3 c evaporated milk
1 2/3 c sugar
1/2 tbls salt
1 1/2 c small marshmallows
1 tbls vanilla
1/2 - 1 c walnuts

Mix milk , sugar, salt over low heat to boil. Boil & stir 5 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Stir in other ingredients till smooth. Place in pan to harden.
Makes about 2 1/2 lbs of fudge. yum.. i luv fudge...

12 oz. milk chocolate chips.
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 1/2 - 2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 TBS. butter
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
chocolate chips, chopped nuts, sprinkles --optional toppings

heat the milk (not boiling), add the chocolate to melt, turn off heat and add the vanilla and butter (and nuts if you want). spread evenly in pan and cool for at least 2 to 3 hours then cut and serve.

No. the baking time varies when baking two at a time. I would watch and check them carefully evry 5-10 minutes after the "single" pie bake time and take out when ready.

I would try the old route of paying attention and taking notes....but taht is just me. :)
