No, they are no different nutritionally. Some people just prefer the appearance of different colors.

In my experience, brown shells tend to be a little tougher. I think fewer of them crack in the carton.

It's genetically determined. Some breeds of hens lay white eggs, and some brown, kind of like eye color.
