With 1 color filter inserted, each scan produces a gray-scale representation of a particular color range....

3 separate scans, 1 with each color filter, must b made 2 produce a color image.

Digital cameras can also use the color accent option so everything will be (mostly) black and white, except one color will REALLY stand out.

In Photoshop, you can do a color-ranged selection, and then select inverse and desaturate. Very nice addition to any design.

are you asking about plants making energy thru photosynthesis, or the specific conversion of co2 -> o2 ?

I can't find a name for that particular process, sorry. If you have thoughts on where to look, i'm happy to search for ya

The conversion is 1 out of 3 parts of the photosynthesis process. The opposite is called respiration in animals - O2 -> CO2

The o2 plants release comes from breaking up h2o(hydrolysis).the co2 plants use isnt split up into c and o2. it is used in the calvin cycle.

they aren't really converted. more like 2 separate processes. hydrolysis powers the plants ATP synthase. the calvin cycle produces sucrose.
