Is it possible to blow out the electrical system in a house from a computer Join or Log In to answer.
Its possible to blow a breaker, but not the complete electrical system. Probably too many devices on the circuit.

Do Whatever She Wants to Do:
The happiest couples are those who can find enjoyment in sacrifice, according to a study in the Journal of Marriage and Family that tracked 73 couples over 13 years.

Agreed! Only problem I've found that unless its something she specifically asks for, they (girls) want you to plan the event.

the MIME format thing? usual just something wrong with the delivery of the message so its not able to translate it

Just wondering, every LG phone I've had has done this and didn't know whether there was a way to fix it or not.

If i bought a domain with .net instead of .com that offers the same service of the .com website would I get in trouble over copyright? Join or Log In to answer.
well they could take you to court, can you afford the lawsuit? I mean World Wildlife Foundation took on now World Wrestling Federation and they didn't do anything similar
-Mangangali (18Q / 6935A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:06pm

Comments:
But they had the name trademarked right?
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:09pm

(To chrisjh17)
i don't recall, just know when I heard WWF i wasn't thinking of the wildlife foundation.
-Mangangali (18Q / 6935A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:10pm

I'm not sure if you'll get in trouble over copyright or trademark laws, but you will get into trouble unless you've worked out an agreement with the owner of the .com site.

Too far to make the drive worthwhile, but thanks!
-rivalarrival (88Q / 1934A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:14pm

sounds probable...the site you are infringing on might have a TM on the word not just to domain with .com at the end. EX: you cannot sell airlin tickets using expedia.net. the name expedia is trademarked regardless of the (dot) suffix.
-wdreiling (13Q / 805A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:07pm

Comments:
The website isn't trademarked. At the time I bought the domain I didn't look to see if there was a .com version and once I bought it I checked and there it was, and we offer the exact same service.
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:08pm

(To chrisjh17)
That should start out: "The website name is trademarked"
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:10pm

(To chrisjh17)
ER.... again, That should start out: "The website name ISN'T trademarked."
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:10pm

(To chrisjh17)
Doesn't matter if it's registered or not - the owners of the website are doing business as that name, and apparently are doing it since before you. You might get away with it if neither of you are actually doing business, trading goods and services.
-rivalarrival (88Q / 1934A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:16pm

(To chrisjh17)
are they a local company? or is the business one of those that encompasses north america?
-Mangangali (18Q / 6935A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:19pm

(To Mangangali)
They're not anywhere near where I am located. I'm assuming just by the info I gathered from they're website the service we provide is local and they created the website to gather more customers from both in and out of state. Kind of like what I was going
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:22pm

In light of your explanation, it appears you didn't do proper due diligence. So why risk any further liability?
-cheshmetroshan (1Q / 454A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:12pm

Comments:
I was about to buy another domain but I wanted to check and see if I could use that one first w/o getting in any trouble. But I'm not going to take the chance if everyone is telling me it'd be a bad idea.
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Thu Sep 11, 2008 3:26pm

why?
-Mangangali (18Q / 6935A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:13pm

since you're online, you can look it up...
-bigmike (33Q / 2708A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:14pm

(To Mangangali)
I run a cell phone shop selling phones out of it. I have a lot of customers coming in with broke phones and I figured it would be a great way to earn some extra money. The nearest repair shop is an hour away.
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:14pm

(To bigmike)
I tried, but all I can find is screwdrivers, I know that there is more involved than just unscrewing the housing.
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:15pm

(To chrisjh17)
so the profit in repairing is bigger or better than selling them a new one?
-Mangangali (18Q / 6935A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:15pm

(To chrisjh17)
ehhh, i'd stay out of that business.. parts can be tough to find, customers have certain expectations, technology is always changing
-bigmike (33Q / 2708A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:17pm

(To chrisjh17)
did you look up the specific model? sometimes people post full how-to's on opening and fixing the phone
-bigmike (33Q / 2708A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:16pm

(To Mangangali)
They don't normally buy a new one. Most of the time their friends give them phones to come have activated.
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:16pm

(To chrisjh17)
damn i need new friends, lol.
-Mangangali (18Q / 6935A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:18pm

(To bigmike)
No, I didn't even think about that. I just googled "cell phone repair tools" and variations and all that came up were flex cables and screw drivers.
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:18pm

(To Mangangali)
Haha, you and me both. Thanks for your help :)
-chrisjh17 (37Q / 12A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:19pm

(To chrisjh17)
too many models to keep spares on hand, your inventory would be huge. hate to say it but cellphones are kind of disposable.
-Mangangali (18Q / 6935A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:21pm

(To Mangangali)
true, i'm on my 3rd blackberry this year... hooray for insurance
-bigmike (33Q / 2708A) Sat Aug 16, 2008 9:23pm

screwdrivers, solder guns, voltmeters, I wouldn't try to self fix one though
