How is a pop tart considered a "healthy" breakfast food is there anything nutritous in them they look sugar filled esp the chocolate fudge kind.

NYC water runs afoul of kosher laws because it's unfiltered (and thus contains tiny visible crustaceans). If Monticello (which state?) filters its water, it should, as far as I can tell, be kosher.
