Dig for it. Get a clean, brightly lit area to work, and don't skimp on the alcohol. If you can see any part of it, you may be able to use a dab of superglue on a needle - touch it to the splinter pull it out.

If you've got a syringe, snake-bite kit, or something else that can apply a hard suction, you can apply it repeatedly, You can peel back the top (dead) layers of skin with a needle - easier if you soak the skin until it's "pruny"
