reviews look pretty good, those who gave bad reviews all stated the Staff stop caring about students after enrollment, but teachers are "decent human beings"

Why was the electoral college system chosen over the popular vote system in presidential election. Do they have anything to do with getting read of the article confederation. Thanks. Join or Log In to answer.

The Electoral College is used as a check against popular vote. The Founding Fathers did not trust the people entirely, but instead wanted the state as a whole to count in selection. http://tinyurl.com/3fkuxy
