Drink lots of water, sleep it off and eat foods that are gentle on your stomach. I did saltines and 7up. You mostly just have to get it out of your system. Food poisoning is the worst!

Is it a slight bend or an actual crease (think folding a piece of paper)? If it's a slight bend, I would put something heave like a bottle of shampoo on top to break the bend. If it is more distinct, I think you're outta luck.
