What is this song? Who is the artist/what is the album? http://tinyurl.com/3xmwvr Join or Log In to answer.
SStill sounds like Gwen Stefani. Is there anymore info you can give on this track, you've asked several times and no one seems to have the right answer for you?
-modcom (41Q / 7654A) Tue Apr 29, 2008 6:35am

Right...no answer yet.

Comments:
Unfortunately it's not Gwen Stefani, and unfortunately I don't have a longer sample. I think the key is the crowd noise in it (hopefully someone will recognise that)

I have a Windows Mobile 6 device (AT&T Tilt). Do you know of any software which will read email and text messages (SMS) that are in my inbox out loud? (These are messages that are already in my inbox...not just new incoming ones). Join or Log In to answer.
Handango.com has an app called voice on the go

It's not Gwen Stefani, you are correct. Hard to tell with such a short sample though.

"Keep on Dancing" Gwen Stefani, Album - Hella Good
-modcom (41Q / 7654A) Sat Jan 26, 2008 8:34am

Comments:
I listened to Hella Good "Keep on Dancing", and the sample clip wasn't contained anywhere in that song. I hear the similarity, but I don't think that's the right song. Any other ideas?

How do you do a search and replace of text in Adobe Acrobat? Join or Log In to answer.
in adobe acrobat, editing text requires the professional (read: not free) version. you can try other PDF readers like Foxit Reader, but editing will leave a mark (foxit logo in corner) on your document for printing.

How do you do a search and replace in Adobe Acrobat Professional version?
-cadill (11Q / 9A) Tue Jan 22, 2008 4:30pm

Although not intendeed for this purpose, you can use the new Redaction features in Acrobat 8 to search and redact information
-modcom (41Q / 7654A) Tue Jan 22, 2008 5:22pm

You can change the Redaction properties to not show a redaction mark and replace the redacted information with custom text
-modcom (41Q / 7654A) Tue Jan 22, 2008 5:23pm

You'll need to experiment a little and find the right font and font attributes to match as closely as possible your original text

What do you call those plants that have the little spiky balls on them that stick to your hair and clothes and are a pain to get off? Join or Log In to answer.
They're called Burrs (the things that stick to you) and I believe the plant is called a Teasel.

I have a table in my database with a field that contains a single character: 'Y' or 'N'. I'm doing a SELECT query in SQL Plus, for example: SELECT Answer from Table; N N Y N Y I want my SELECT query to return the full word 'Yes' for Y and 'No' for 'N', like this: No No Yes No Yes How do I format the SELECT query to output that way? Thanks, Cadill Join or Log In to answer.
depends on your DBMS, but for MS SQL SERVER you could do:
select TOP 10 replace(replace(Answer,'Y','Yes'),'N','No') from Table

Interesting. I'm querying Oracle using SQL Plus. Probably something similar?
-cadill (11Q / 9A) Wed Jan 16, 2008 12:16pm

(To cadill)
Should be identical, SELECT REPLACE('Some Phrase','OldValue','NewValue') From Table

ROCK ON! Yes, you're right. It worked. THANKS!
-cadill (11Q / 9A) Wed Jan 16, 2008 12:46pm

(without the 'TOP 10', I used that because I was testing it on a table with 500,000+ records)

If I have a table column in the database that contains the single character 'Y' or 'N', how can I make a select query format on that column print the full word "Yes" or "No" in its output instead of just the single character? Join or Log In to answer.

When Travelling Wilburys going on tour? Join or Log In to answer.
looks like nothing planned, their website has no mention of touring, which is ironic, i feel.
-elvis (80Q / 431A) Fri Jan 4, 2008 6:17am

Comments:
Well since 2 of the 5 members are dead (Roy Orbison and George Harrison) it would be pretty hard to tour. There were rumors they would regroup in the 90s but that died with George.
-bigmike (33Q / 2511A) Fri Jan 4, 2008 7:21am

Hehehe. You're suggesting they change their names to the StayAtHome Wilburys? :)

I think the Quincy is a dinner theater place, like with live plays; not a cinema with dinner food. Sorry to the OP though, I don't know of any in Boston. I can name a few in Portland, OR though!
