Thanx, i feel that by saying that word u are using a special person 2make fun of something!
meaning the word itself isn't derogatory, but if you say it certain ways it takes on the degrading qualities. I've never taken on with anyone that puts down other to feel better about themselves.

It's absolutely degrading. The adjuective "retarded" might be a legitimate word but the noun "retard" is just a slang word used as a slur.

If you just put a dead mouse infront of a snake, they won't take it. You have to hold it infront of them to let them strike at it. When they strike at it, the mouse shakes, making it seem "Alive" therefore encouraging them to attack it

Thank u! I think it is hungery because im only meant 2 feed it once a week so it has not eaten in a week!
if he's a little guy you can hand feed him as suggested... warming up the mouse a bit should also help. Another tip, don't feed your corn snake in the cage, rather take him out and feed him elsewhere to avoid him growing too aggressive
