Ingredients
1/2pound Swiss-style cheese such as Jarlsberg or Emmenthaler,shredded
1/2pound Gruyere cheese, shredded
2tbsps cornstarch
1garlic clove, peeled, halved crosswise
1cup dry white wine
1tbsp lemon juice..
