It's a behavior that started with Twitter, when users are referring or replying to another user, they'd use @username. Some mosio folks also use Twitter, so it has started to show up here.

Add two dashes -- before your signature and it won't show up on Mosio.

To be honest i saw the first one you put up and it was a little spammy. Wikipedia articles need to be completely objective. I'm not even sure what qualifies a website to have a wikipedia article made for it.

I think it would make a good addition. It does raise problems for implementation, and increases the risk of bastard spammers, though...
