Multiple ways to do it - the easiest I've found is if you have a spare hard drive of the same size. the *nix utility "dd" can make a bitwise copy of one drive to another, or from one drive into a file, among other things.

What works for me is jogging a mile on the treadmill and then taking a really hot shower. Then drink some hot tea afterward. Makes me feel way better.

make sure doors are closed, child locks on dangerous things, baby gates. im not sure but they might have gates that go higher than baby ones.
