i remember reading in my local paper that someone went into a coma from a seizure and was in it for 27 years. would it cause brain damage being in a coma for that long?

No. The seizure must have been so severe that it caused enough brain damage to incapacitate him for that long. The coma is the body's way of attempting to heal itself.In that case it took the body 27 years to heal the brain.

just play the game. "best" depends on your style of play. As for faction it doesn't matter all roads lead to the end of the game.

dude if you need it easier play on novice. min/max'ing a game against the computer is kinda lame. It has a place in competitive gaming but thats the nature of gaming. doesn't sound like you are looking for "best" sounds like you are looking for "easiest"

thats min/max'ing i.e. trying to stack your odds. so's "best" armor "best" guns "best" faction. just play the game, you can figure the rest as you play. I don't deal with cheats (no use in multiplayer) and only do walkthroughs if I get stuck.
