not everything works for everyone. I'm pretty sure the working out part worked better then the "tea" for me, i'd rather not add the honey ( basically translates to sugar) for weight loss.

I get that. Not going to help the cause if you are taking in more calories than you burn. As I said earlier losing weight is simple. It just takes effort. A majority of the problem is diet. We (americans) simply don't eat healthy

no way. we dont have to go in for crash diet but just keep having our meals as normal Not necessary to avoid that favorite pizza as long as the food we intake is moderate. things work out. This is out of my experience too. eat moderate and a bit of joggin

you're telling me, I got three cheat meals a week (out of 35-42) hardly ever hungry but the food gets repetitive. Just like I'd love a second piece of pizza but moderate myself to one as a "cheat" meal.
