What is a "white paper"? (ie. "a group of scientists wrote a white paper...") Join or Log In to answer.
A white paper is a technical research report that a scientist uses to prove something. If a scientist were to argue that salt can cure cancer, he would write a white paper demonstrating this which would then be reviewed by his peers.
